Id love to chat with those who live on the road. Id love to hear your stories, the good and the bad, where you are and what you are doing and I guess just live vicariously through you until our time comes.
Photo was taken last Sept on a road off the Sandover NT. we wouldnt have been on it if we had a choice, but we had to get home and we avoided the water almost all the 35 k's of it.

I spent many years on the Gibb River Road and was fortunate enough to be able to drive on it at times during the wet....many an hour spent waiting for floodways to disperse but also a couple stretches through Napier which had a foot of water over it for weeks..........had a few moments ......

Bushpie, we avoid driving in it at all costs, does nothing except wreck your motor car and the roads. Maybe you had a company Toyota? That's a different matter......grinning...
Thanks Jenny and Barry. I have read some blogs and the Grey Nomad Times but there is nothing like chatting to real people is there?

Have just read your blog, back to front which nearly did me in. Now saved to the desktop and look forward to keeping up with where life takes you, thanks.
