We purchased our Sirocco 11 fan the other day, attached a 12v plug, plugged her in and noticed a red light at the back of the fan, inside before you put the backing plate on. When you turn the fan on it flashes? Wondering is this normal? Can someone have a look behind theirs and let me know thank you.
Glad to hear all is OK, Kim, and good that they gave you a quick reply. Will have a close look at mine when I take them down to fix the cracks - I didn't run mine until they were fixed in position so haven't noticed any red lights.
