Victims remembered as authorities search for answers,
Western Australian police have this morning released the names of the pilot, Peter Lynch, 52, and his public relations colleague and girlfriend Endah Cakrawati, 30, who died in the crash.
Tributes have been paid to Mr Lynch, who was a member of aviation enthusiast community the Great Eastern Fly-In.
He had been planning to open a new aviation museum at Evans Head, on the northern New South Wales coast, and an aviation park.
The Grumman Mallard VH-CQA, which crashed into the Swan River on Australia Day killing both people on board.
