What weight is your van? Might want to head to the Ford forum and have a look under the Everest section.

I'd imagine that the Everest is very similar to a Ranger as that's what is is based on. Just need to take into account any difference in weight (if any) between the equivalent Everest & Ranger.

Thanks Test drove the Everest today towing my Van . Awesome very happy found out the Rangers capacity is 3.5 but as you say the extra weight of the Everest drops it to 3 but really good

I have a ford everst. yes 3 T compared to 3.5 on the ranger, but i find it a great car. I am towing around 2 T packed so its not a big van. plenty power when needed, I do use a wdh, though only to lift the rear a little. So far I am happy.

good luck

Steve
