Whilst in the new books area at Myers (Liverpool) today they were selling the latest edition of the "Explore Australia" Handbook for $30 instead of $59. I have a previous edition and it sometimes gives more information than Camps and Wiki Maps.
We bought Camps 8 in a discount bookshop a few days ago for $19.95.
We've also had Camping Around Australia (Explore Oz), Camping In Australia - Cathy Savage & Craig Lewis & Budget Camps & Stops Australia - Paul Smedley for 3 or 4 years.
Some of the info contained in the current editions of two of those books is way out of date. At least Camps 8 is fairly up to date.

We use Camps 6, Wikicamps, Boiling Billy & the Truckies Atlas. Oh, and the Free Range camping website (www.freerangecamping.com.au/directory/), and the wealth of knowledge here when we are plotting at home before setting off.
