Wood treatment

Hi all. As anyone who built their own campervan wood treated the campervan floor before putting carpet or lyno down. We've got marine ply on the floor. Any recommendations? Have a good day Cheers Troy

if its genuine marine ply,why not polish it,it usually has a really nice grain and comes up a treat, same as household flooring,if its just vinyl or carpet just apply as per instructions, make sure floor is clean. regards ray

If it Marine. or Form ply.
Make sure you get some 2 pack epoxy.
and make sure you go round ALL the edges of ALL the sheets. TWICE.
Otherwise you'll have soft flooring in a few yrs.

If you didn't do that and floor already laid.
get the two can pack along with same size thinners to suit that brand ONLY
They differ.
mix the 3 way and go round all the joins, pouring it down, several times. then a last coat
just straight 2 pack, no thinners. to seal it.

""We've got marine ply on the floor. ""
Is the ply the floor. or is the ply sitting on something else (tin\galv etc)??
