Went for a drive today to scope some future stopovers .

Never been here before , been past hundreds of times . Nice looking spot , bit exxy but is what it is .

we were there a few years ago on a long weekend - very busy with jet skis and ski boats

 Yeh , skiers are their bread and butter , no fish in the lake so skiing it is . 

 

Had a bit of a chat with the owner , he reckoned he would love to see fishing in there but stocking even natives over here is a nightmare of red tape .

Lake Towerinning is south east of Collie WA. Heading east towards Darkan the right hand turn off is about 30 to 40 kms past Collie.

You need to drive a further 20 or 30 kms from that turn off heading south.

It is a right turn from that road and about 500 mtrs to the lake...sorry am at work so can't name the roads at present.
