It's been a while.

I haven't been on here for some time ( no caravan between March and August and it was making me feel like i was missing out when reading about others adventures ) Well the new van arrived in August as promised by the manufacturer and we have finally been able to get out into the playground once again. We have done a few trips, our first being the all important shake down trip. We ventured to Fernvale for this trip and very pleased to say we had no major problems. A few minor probs but so pleased with the service from KRAATZMAN  and these issues were fixed within 10 days. Our next trip was a 2 week adventure to Rubyvale for some gem fossicking ( didn't get rich from our finds ). Both these trips were done freecamping and so pleased to say everything worked perfectly. We then went to Pottsville for a mini reunion of some of hubbys old ARMY buddies. That trip we stayed in a caravan park. I decided a really do enjoy free camping so our next trip was to Sharps Park at Canungra, only an hour from home but a beautiful spot. We are going back there on Wednesday. It is so good to be able to get away again.

Sounds like a good time so far with your new van Jackie, well done. I also like the look of that Sharpes Park, a nice place to set up camp with a aluminium tent, nice and open.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.
