Advice Please :)

Hi to all, this site is great.  My partner and I are trying to locate a good long term caravan or holiday park for our 25 footer, us and our little dog.  We would like to stay in the Northern NSW areas of Chinderah, Kingscliff, Brunswick Heads, Pottsville, Hastings Pt; no further than Ballina.  Any recommendations would be great, thank you. From mid Jan 2017.

Deb

Welcome to the gang Deb, enjoy here and out in the playground.

If you haven't already got it, may I suggest you get a copy of 'Wiki Camps' for you phone or poota then type in the areas you mention and read a few comments about each listing then make a phone call to hopefully finalise a booking. All the areas you mention a great as is that coast line.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

G'day. deb A few years ago we spent 2 months at Wardell Van Park. It's about 12 klms south of Ballina. We found it to be a good clean pet friendly park combined with a retirement village.

Originally booked for 2 days and stayed until we had to move on.

Cheers.

I agree with Ballast, CP at Wardell (Sandalwood) is small, privately owned, clean and friendly. Sites are "random" not set out like a CP. Pet friendly. Off the highway, reasonable rates, could do even better for long term. Pet friendly. Pool. We stayed there two years ago with our 2 1/2 yo grandie. We all had a ball.
