Welcome to the gang KazzaDave, enjoy here and out in the playground.
This question was only asked by someone else a couple of days ago, see about 8 posts down here in 'General'. You can also do a search in the search bar just above here.
Keep Safe on the roads and out there.
Edit, I use a daughter's address as I am full time on the roads as well.

You can also use CIL who are motorhome and caravan specialists, but they wont insure a tow vehicle - a bit weird given they insure motor homes which is a caravan and tow vehicle combined really. But they don't need a fixed address and while you can get cheaper insurance, they cover more things and are flexible with personal insurance on clothing, tablets, laptops whereas most mainstream companies wont.
I have my cars insured with SGIO and they do all the paperwork on-line and did it when we were "of no fixed abode"
