Well Saturday afternoon at 4 30 pm boarded the ferry for 25 min cruise from Townsville to Nelly Bay on Magnetic Island ,All going great then we stopped and started drifting westward then this is your Captain speaking we are we are having trouble down below , We kept drifting west after about 15 min this your Captain speaking we have one engine running and now returning to Townsville , Well after a slow run back to port how do we park this boat well with lots of fun, A fellow in a rubber duckie with outboard motor was used to push it into the dock after we had run a ground when the ferry drifted into the bank , So all onboard was ask to move quickly to the other side of the boat all on board stayed clam till we were able to dock they put us on another Ferry and arrived at Nelly Bay on Magnetic Island 6 pm for no extra charge for the entertainment .
