We're currently in the SA Riverland, lots of roadside stalls around here. We've bought Navel & Blood Oranges, Grapefruit, Apples, & Avocados. There's nothing like eating fresh fruit direct from the tree. So cheap too!

Our land abounds in Nature's gifts, of beauty rich & rare. We'll be out there enjoying it somewhere, camped by ourselves much of the time.
It's the only way to go , You just can't beat the fresh fruit, It's funny how different it tastes compared to the shop bought rubbish,
Years ago, you could do the same thing here in W.A. I don't know weather it's due to health regulations or what, bit today there are very few road side vendors left with-in an easy drive of the CBD. mores the pity.

From Coast to Coast, We'll see it all.......One Day
In the Redland Bay area ( a suburb virtually on the water) which is virtually a outer suburb of Brisbane there use to be many farmers market stalls along the main arterial roads. All but gone today. This area was know as ' THE SALAD BOWL' but sadly all is gone. Most of the working farms have been sold for housing and shopping development. And they call this progress.

WA certainly still has plenty of roadside stalls........we have several just down the road from us in the Swan Valley.......dont know about cheap however I think they ask far to much compared to growers market etc.
