Suggest whatever van you get that you take it away for around one weeks trial not too far from home. Run it over some reasonably rough road and try all the features - especially if you have solar - and then write down all the things you find wrong, break or are faulty. If you have none, or only a few - congratulations !! Otherwise, take it back to the Dealer for repairs.

And remember the Dealer provides a 12 month warranty. The manufacturer provides an "implied" warranty under various consumer laws and are required to make good defects for up to 3 years after the Dealers warranty expires - otherwise you complain to the ACCC or your state consumer protection dept
