RELIABLE LANDCRUISER MECHANIC

I tried posting this in the Techies Forum and only got one comical response so thought I'd go general and hopefully get a better response from all.

Hi All,

I am currently looking for a decent and honest Toyota Lancruiser 100 series 4.2 Turbo Diesel Sahara mechanic based preferably in Melbourne's Southern or South Eastern Surburbs who knows his stuff but doesn't overcharge you. My current guy has had enough and is retiring to do what all of us love doing......

Unfortunately and I don't know why but most mechanics see you drive in, in a Landcruiser and automatically start rubbing their hands together singing "Money money money"

I have absolutely no problem in paying a FAIR price for a job but have also been ripped off for very POOR jobs.
