Road to Louth

Am travelling with the van to Louth for the races in August and undecided whether to travel the dirt road North from Cobar or go further north to Bourke and travel west from there. Appreciate hearing of preferences for either of these routes from all. Thanks, Muddy.

Hi Muddy, last year we were told the road was to rough for a caravan so we left the van in Cobar and did a day trip. Mistake the road was fine no where near the roughest we have travelled, next time ( and there will be a next time ) we are taking the van with us. BUT that was last year this is this year conditions change. It is worth it but, the atmosphere was great, fantastic bush race picnic. cheers bass
