WA hoons

Around the top end we've been from central Vic. Since Broome we've stayed in Karratha, Carnarvon, Coronation Beach, Cervantes, Perth (Bassendean) and now Heron Point north of Bunbury. At every place in WA there has been hoons especially 7pm till 2pm. Even sleepy Coronation Beach the no exhaust pipe 4 wheeled bikes ran along the quiet beaches, through the camp ground and up the hill. Unregistered just avoiding a rig going down to our location. We stayed also at a friends place in Perth. He is a WA policeman. He said low staff numbers are the really big issue not forgetting the endless paperwork. Just now at Heron Point camp ground where only 3 caravan are parked an idiot about 500 metres away is doing donuts and other stupid acts. Its now 7:32pm and he's left. So 25 minutes of fun for him. There are hoon laws in WA ad in Vic. Is it time they crushed cars and dumped them in the driveways if owners? Am I being too sensitive? Tony

I've just been onto the Hoon Forum and there are heaps of posts about old farts in caravans crowding the hoon spots.

From the poem The Man From Ironbark - Banjo Paterson
Gilded youths (HOONS) : Their eyes were dull, their heads were flat they had no brains at all.
How come they're all called Wazza, Bazza or Gazza?   bucktooth.gifbucktooth.gifbucktooth.gif

D.D - who says Banjo is out of date just because hes dead........seems Wazza, Bazza or Gazza still live on in all our communities......
