Before long I will get a letter about voting and then I will have to sit down and consider very carefully which one I will give the nod.
I thought I heard one of them say something about making the next pension rise to be in line with politicians increase. The last rise I got was $3.20 a fortnight; do you think the next one will be a bit better than that ?
If they give me a rise, they might have to ditch the promise of a new stadium for the footballers, they can't afford both.
haha......I doubt whether any pollie would go so far as to line up pension increases with pollies golden packages each year. But I wonder how insulted they would be if they received an increase of $1.60 a week ?
Need to be careful with this thread as it edges on "polictics" and Cindy is likely to take it down if it gets heated or party focussed
