You should definitely check out Casino RV park at the old airport on light st. Great facilities including laundromats dump points, mens shed, BIG swap library etc. Under $25 with pensioner or CMCA discounts - Various grades of facilities cheaper and dearer. LOTS of space! If only all Caravan parks were like this!!
Mullumbimby showground is pleasant, as is the town. Lismore is the big shopping place, but Lismore Showgrounds used to need a deposit for after hours gate key, and unless they've done up the toilets in the last year, they were a bit basic. Also Have a farmers market & noisy Go Karts there some days. Nimbin show ground was $10 for a solo.
Hope that helps!
Cheers,
Ramblegambol

Ballina is worth a thought as well. A couple of nice parks around there.

I was in Lismore during April and wouldn't bother again to be honest. I had to look twice at the show ground cos at first look I thought it was a sardine tin. Everyone has different tastes though Rocket.

Some time back we stayed at the Alstonville Show Grounds.
We had a spot under cover in one of the large sheds and with power.
This town is virtually a suburb of Lismore.
Great scenery in the area.
