Thanks for the kind words everyone. Maybe I will get a Logi or something. Prime Minister hey Phil. You could be my Deputy mate. We only got about 10 minutes of light rain about 1am, that was it. Rain was all around us though. Not looking good further south. Hope they are all ok down there. KFC, the twins are banned from the forum, remember mate?

Gratulations from Kiwi Rainbow and self Doug, I suppose I will have to supply the red carpet now eh. KFT they were the good old days of Wombat and the twins, although they still have the habit of cropping up in conversations like this. Newbies will wonder what we are on about.

Hi John and Lorraine, The latest edition of 'The Grey Nomad Times' hit the stands on Friday afternoon and my pic and a few "Quotes" were on the front page in a story about Grey Nomads travelling North and why they do it.

You only saw "Quotes" from me, I was interviewd by our lovely Cindy for hours. The twins were most upset as I had them hidden away in the cupboard for those hours. They made me take them down to 'The' wink  beach here in Townsville after the interview finished.

The GNT gets emailed to you every two weeks. If you don't get it you can sign up on the main GN web page.

Thanks Douge,  hadn't seen that one yet, was surprised, cos I get regularly. Isn't it fun when you get your "interview". We have had a few now with Cindy, they were my comments on the Spirit of Tasmania debacle a few issues ago.  I typed up our comments, Cindy turned them into an interview.  I am used to that now, the magazine I write for often do it as well.

Hope the twin survived the cupboard
