We have finished our house sitting stint in Burrum Heads. Now at Torbanlea Racecourse. No one else here so the nomads from down south haven't got this far yet. Alice
Weather is still good down in Mexico. No need to go north yet. Usually good till ANZAC day. However mid-May may see a bit of an exodus (the old start of term 2 in days when schools had 3 terms per year). weather.9news.com.au/local-forecast/vic/melbourne
As for the rain forecast, it's just never seems to happen.

We'll be up that way in a few weeks, normally we'd be up that way by now, but still trying to get a painter to do our house roof before we go but can't find anyone locally interested in doing it. So, may have to defy doctors orders & get up the ladder & do it myself.

I have lost two relatives from falling off the house roof.
Suggest that if you do go ahead, that you make sure you have a harness or the frames around the gutter lines like I see on building sites.
2 other mates are still recovering from falls from the roofs.
