Ours is fine since we decided a year ago to enjoy a few glasses of wine on Wednesday & Saturday evenings only. Going for a brisk hour long walk every morning has been a revelation as far as physical & mental health is concerned. We've both lost 10kg as well. We recommend our regime to all. We're flexible with our drinking days so naturally we enjoy being sociable with anyone at any time. Cheers!

Well im glad you asked. Today mine is s##t.
Last van trip, hubby gets sick, we come home early. This easter trip, hubby sick before we go but he insists. What happens ,we're home early again. Now i in no way blame my wonderful husband for this but now i have to skip the pain meds for 5 bulging disks so i can tow the van home without falling asleep in the process.
Then to top it off, I post on facebook, thanking youngest son and his partner for sharing a lovely time with us, in their new tent so they can camp with us more often. I also comment how happy i was to offload some redundant camping equipment. Then other 2 daughters in law start a winge thread on why they weren't told of hubbys illness and they shouldnt have to read on Facebook etc. And youngest son is obviously the golden child. Still waiting for said daughters in law to pick up the phone to ask how we are.
Thanks for letting me vent here as there is no way i will continue their ranting facebook thread.Well the van is still hooked up in the driveway so i might just leave it there and try again next weekend. But I'm telling no one so no one should miss us.
Oh life is such fun. Hope your all having lots of fun traveling, stay safe.
Oh, poor you Kantiki - I had that happen to me with my husband once, spent all of Easter in a caravan park, because he was too sick to drive, and you know what manflu is like! Not saying your husband is like that -but mine used to be a bit of a sook.
Daughters in law - have heard some stories about them - only got one, and she is great.
Tell no one - don't ring them, turn your phone off!!!

PhilC thank you for starting this page. I am reading my tablet in bed with a cuppa, may I add with a smile, yes a feel good smile.
Last week my darling not sleeping real well, left eye playing up ask could we go home a couple of weeks early with still a 1000ks to go, only to find we both now have the flue on arrival at home.
Just great lawns to mow, gardens to weed, car and caravan to wash plus all thou other chores to do and no energy.
But did raise a smile reading this page.
Stay safe and hope we all feel much better tomorrow.
