I am happy to have a go at this but I am certain there will be many suggestions from some very experienced members here:
1. caravan
2. SWMBO
3 money
4 drinkies(restock as required)
5 food to start off with
6 BBQ
7 comfy chairs
8 a selection of tools you can use
9 a broom
10 some clothes for cooler weather
11 Umbrella
12 Computer or Tablet with internet access and wikicamps loaded.
hope that helps
Frank

I noticed that SWMBO takes second place over the caravan and drinkies have more priority over food.... or am I reading too much in the order of things. LOL.

I'll have another go, think I pushed the wrong button.
I suggest that you pack your van with what you think you'll need, then unpack it and repack with half of what you thought you needed, this will about right.
Two things to consider:
Take nothing and buy as you go, this will give you what you need and knowledge for next time.
Pack what you think you will need, put a paper dot on everything as you pack. Remove the dot as you use the item. At the end
of the trip remove anything that still has a dot on it.
Seriously we have unpacked the van three times and still have stuff we never use and often need something we don't have
iam set up for free camping i hope, but did not think of umbrella, and wikicamps, fishing gear,
NeilandRaine and hendo i hear what you say, ( iam packing things i might need.) i will buy as i go, my van is fully loaded already i will empty out
Photocopies of important paperwork -mine includes vehicle rego and insurance papers, house insurance, latest bank statement, passport, dog's vaccination papers, my current prescriptions.
Hay Steve, I think I have it about right mate based on experience and some facts like you can survive for around 14 days without food but only 3 days without something to drink.
Liz I do all my fishing at the co-op so I can catch whatever I feel like eating hehehe
