As luck would have it have broken down at Carmila.

We were

heading down to the beach camp when we stopped to have lunch.

Heard  the radiator a boiling. Have a split bottom Radiator hose. Temp gauge had not moved though.

Call to the RACQ sees us booked into th CP for the next couple of days till car fixed.

We have Ultimate Cover so it is costing us nothing.

Just bloody inconvenient

Sorry to hear about the car trouble but glad that ultimate cover works.
I've got that cover as well but it's always good to hear a good referral sort of.

Had several options but as we are travelling with our 

Jack dog they were limited

 That's bad luck but with a good end - does Ultimate Care cover accomodation only or repairs as well?

Only covers accomodation hako. Would be amazing if it covered the repair.

Update on the car.
They can't find a hose anywhere up here.
Gotta get one sent up from Brissy. Stuck at Carmila till Wed.
Costing us a fortune in food from the Roadhouse
