Problem with Waeco CF80

Hi, I'm new to this activeboard. I have a problem with my waco CF80. Had it serviced last week because it seems to have an issue with power supply. It originally stopped working after a trip to the Gulf. I left it disconnected for a couple of days then started it again to find that it works on 240V again. During a trip to Mount Isa last week it played up again. it seems to draw significant power on 12V even on low battery cut out. After the service it appeared to work ok on 240V. I returned home, had the same issues with 12V power draw. On arriving home I put it on 240V and checked the next day only to find the power board was flashing. I have attached a video of the issue. Anyone have any ideas on whats happening?

Have you contacted Waeco direct?? I haven't had issues with my unit, but previous comments on this issue say they have found Waeco to be helpful
