Went down Lawrence Hargrave Dr. today.
Road was good, a bit steep, but only about 3 km's downhill.
No really sharp bends and not much traffic, so took it easy in a low gear at about 30 k's p/hr.
A very scenic drive around the ocean edge to Woolongong.
I like to encourage tourist to step out of there comfort zone to enjoy some of the best scenes Australia has to offer, well done the more desends you do the better you get at it.

Once again well done.
Thanks Radar, but no big deal. I had many years diving heavy vehicles etc.
The purpose of the original post was to ascertain if there was any restrictions in length etc.
Unfortunately it is hard to get such info. without asking on forums.
I got caught out a few years ago on Galston gorge (NSW near Hornsby). There is a sign indicating maximum length of 8 metres. The Dodge is only 6.5 meters but unfortunately the turning circle required several '3 point' turns, in peak hour traffic. Not a pleasant trip.
I like to know if trucks can use a road, then I have no problems.
