What size water pump?

I want to fit a 12v water pump in the van to supply water to the kitchen sink only and leave the existing hand pump in place.

I have read that some people are using 4 lpm pumps and others are using 11 lpm pumps.

Would a 4 lpm pump be suitable for my application?
