Severe weather warning for South West WA

Severe weather warning for South West WA as residents brace for heavy rain, possible floods,

The wet weather follows weeks of bushfires burning in the South West of the state.

Bureau of Meteorology senior forecaster Adam Conroy said up to 50 millimetres was forecast for the regions today but it could be more.

"We saw some heavy rain continuing overnight in the South West and adjacent parts," he said.

"We could get isolated falls in the order to 50 to 100 millimetres during today.

Severe Weather has caused flooding near Manjimup............

A flooded country road.

A dam overflows on Graphite Road in Manjimup.

A Manjimup potato and avocado grower has had a significant portion of his crops decimated by the heavy rainfall, causing an estimated $100,000 in damage.

Tom Winfield's property has received more than 200 millimetres of rain in the past few days.

If travelling , be careful out there people, if the Fires didn't get you, the Flooding  could !!!
