No, But looks reasonable and cheap. Maybe it's a case of you get what you pay for though. That rope didn't look very strong but you don't know by that clip really.

It does look like an interesting product, and the rope is probably Dyneema, which is as strong as steel cable for it's diameter, supposedly. I have it on my conventional front mounted winch and is 10mm thick. It's definitely strong enough to pull the vehicle up steep slopes and out of mud. The only drawback is you need something to attach the rope to, which is not always available. I changed to synthetic rope after getting bogged on a muddy track one night and having to drag 40M of steel cable through mud about 5 times.
