I have a Ducato built in Feb 2015 and did a little checking. I haven't had any notification from anyone as yet

"QUOTE"

Apparently this potential problem was first reported in Australia in mid-December 2015

"UNQUOTE"

AND

"QUOTE"

The fault affects vehicles built between October 2014 and June 2015 and there is apparently a possibility that the ignition may switch itself off while the vehicle is in motion. A new switch is being fitted and it takes about an hour to do. You can, and normally would wait for the recall notice to drop through your door but due to the risk involved,

The affected vehicles have chassis numbers in the range 2729501 to 2904391.
If your chassis number does not fall within these numbers; you are not affected.

Thanks for your original post, turns out mine is to be recalled but they don't know when they will do it. Short circuit the system and getting my replacement done next Friday
