A watch and act alert has been issued, with authorities saying homes in the area may be under threat.

• More than 71,357 hectares have been burnt.
• The fire perimeter is in excess of 327 kilometres.
• 180 properties including 162 houses and 18 other structures including sheds, caravans, bridges, community and commercial properties have been confirmed lost.
• 68 personnel from New South Wales including 60 firefighters, 5 paramedics and 3 management support staff are assisting local crews.
• An additional contingent of 60 incident management staff from NSW, ACT, Qld and SA arrived this morning.
