no doubt a poor, disadvantaged person who was abused by his drug and alcohol fueled parents and abused by a priest !!!!!!!!

He will be told off and sent to Centrelink and given extra money to help him see the error of his ways - then he can flick down to the pub, buy a beer and a few hits of Ice

These type of morons have been around for a long time we have experienced them in NSW collecting donations from the public and actually stealing from victims of fires, I hope they also took the clothing that looked like firefighter uniform off him as well and informed the local brigades so they are aware of him and can keep an eye on him
