The South West HWY is closed near Waroona, Due to this Bridge being burnt .............

This means a very long round about trip of 289km, for all North & South bound traffic for quiet a long time...........

Here is a map of the area burnt so far, the fire is burning towards Preston Beach, It has already crossed the S/W HWY.........

Hope all our GN friends, as well as everyone else, are safe, and evacuating early - "things" can be replaced, you can't!

I was in Victoria during the Black Saturday fires, and it was horrifying - not knowing if friends in Marysville were safe, seeing people trying to get away, caught up in a blaze when the wind changed - couldn't watch it on the news - too emotional.

Please - STAY SAFE! LEAVE EARLY! DO WHAT THE AUTHORITIES TELL YOU!
