i have a 2004 heritage caravan.

The fly screen mesh has come loose on 3 windows and I want to replace the mesh.

Windows wind out but only so far and having trouble fitting the rubber stripping back in the channel to hold mesh in place.

Does anyone know if there is some trick to opening the window further to give easier acces to the mesh screen.

 2004 is not very old for a heritage caravan. Do you mean a Heritage (made by Jayco?)

It does not take much effort to remove the whole sash. See these instructions.
