Hi Jim. You could always do what I have had to do in the past. It works every time. Write a sign depicting problem clearly and honestly then fill the water tanks on van and food in cupboards drive to Jayco and park and refuse to leave until probs rectifie. If they wish to remove you from premises park at front gate with sign you will be amazed at the number of cancelled orders they get they can't do a thing about it. I know this from personal experience on three occasions even with insurance company. Problem solved within 48 hours. My experience has taught me to go straight to the top to get the attention never mind "procedures" Cheers and good luc. Allen

Oh dear, looks like the same work experience kid worked on both our vans.. Good luck mate, may be best to grab a screwdriver and try to fix it yourself, April is a long way off.
