Just letting you all know that the free camp at Kershaw Gardens is again open for self contained campers. it's been closed for nearly a year (since the cyclone) and has taken this long to repair the problems, exposed asbestos medical waste sharps etc. I hope this will help some of you in the future trip planning.
Might be an idea to pop this in the Free and Budget Camping section for Qld navynurse. Will be easily found and remembered, especially as we all head north for the winter.
