Freshly caught Squid, gutted, tubes cleaned & sliced into rings, dipped in flour, beaten egg & coated with Panko bread crumbs then shallow fried quickly is our choice. smile.gif Dipped in Sweet Chilli Sauce they are awesome! heart.gif Washed down with a nice Eden Valley Rhine Riesling is even better. giggle.gif The prepacked stuff isn't too bad but as with everything, fresh is best. wink.gif
