Hello, I would really like to see some more stories about personal experiences in this page.
E.G. My Darling has had 3 opporations on her lower back, and has 6 screws and 2 plates in her back, and is probably worse off than when it all started. Sorry if I offend anybody, but the so-called Specialists are the only winners..........$
My Darling is 75 years old, and has been going through all the drama for about 10 years.
A Million tablets and a Million doctors visits and ZILCH.
Anybody else out there that can relate to this???????
Am I being too hard.
Simmo.

Hard work never killed anybody but why take the chance.
So sorry to hear your lady has had so much bother and pain with her back. Doctors don't always get it right and unfortunately the three operations on her back did not give her the results she wanted. However, the doctors could only work with the, as we now know, limited knowledge they had at that time. The medical profession has improved by leaps and bounds as time progresses and they are always finding new and better ways to look after our health.
My mum had a faulty valve in her heart and in those days nothing could be done for her. Now there are many of my friends who have had new valves put in and are living normal lives. My very good friend lived until he was ninety years old, so that's a pretty good innings.
