Now he can cut the lawns .. Possibly minor issues the dealers can't work out ? He traded it in realising he's lost half his money so he wants his money back .. Btw take the hand brake off when you drive ..
I appreciate the people who buy Jeeps in Oz, I will not say a bad word about them( the buyers ) because they are supporting the free to air movies etc that I watch on TV.
Ahhh, that explains the current problems being reported.... F.I.A.T.Flippin Insult to Automotive Trade

Chrysler Motors had a great name when it was owned in America.
Their problem started not long after they were taken over by a foreign vehicle manufacturer - Fiat, I believe.....
They are certainly getting plenty of free TV advertising. On Ch 7 Sunrise programme today, they played the full clip a Jeep owner in the Eastern States had made and then interviewed him - a total of about 5 mins air time. This guy made a rapper music clip outside the Jeep dealer listing all the problems he was having. It cost him $8K to make and its gone "viral" throughout the world.
Jeep have now told him they will pay for an "independent" inspection of the vehicle. He wants his money back. Cant understand why they just don't be pragmatic and give him his money back and use the vehicle as a floral display in a dealer yard, rather than do so much damage to their reputation (if they have one now)

What are the issues ? In some of these cases the purchaser gets a hell shock on trade in value and try to get there money back ? Like some models of cars catch fire ? Yea. Right .. What was the insurance payout again ?? Modern vehicles are fitted with so
Much electronic things that also protect engine or trans . Some faults. MAY not be as bad as they seem..
My last 5 cars were Jeeps and the only problem was the navigator on my current one which was fixed promptly. My son is on his third one. Only problem he had was someone ran a red light and wrote off his second one.
Before the Jeeps, I had a Toyota Land Cruiser - again never had a problem with Toyota and I'm currently toying with the idea of buying a Land Cruiser ute to fit a slide on for those overnight fishing trips. I won't be selling the Jeep though.
