My favourite is Exmouth WA. Five trips now living in our cabin tent 7mtr x 3.6mtr. Three full size rooms We make the 2 BR into one. One living room with tables ,chairs, sat/ TV freezer, and full kitchen with the fridge.
We go for 10 weeks + a week over and + a week back. We stay at Yardie creek CVP value for money compaired to in town, Outragus.
We fish all types. Love fishing for Spanish macks, Bull dolphin fish, Black Marlin and sail fish plus a feed of bottom fish and Squid.
The new snail will make it hard after tenting the last five trips.
We live adjacent to Port Phillip Bay right near a launching ramp. We fish regularly out of our 17ft fibre-glass half cabin boat. We mainly catch Sand Flathead & Snapper. We also take our boat to the Gippsland Lakes, Bemm River, Marlo (mouth of the Snowy River) & Mallacoota. At these places we mainly catch Black Bream & Dusky Flathead. We like catching Prawns & Crabs as well. I occasionally write articles for fishing magazines. We keep 4 Yabbie traps in the boot of our caravan at all times, there's nothing like fresh bread Yabbie sandwiches with a sprinkle of salt! We've been tent camping for 40 years & still enjoy it, probably more than caravanning. We use our off-road camper trailer a lot as well. Variety is the ''spice of life''.
