I have one John and works fine in my Den of similar size. Works well with my Honda 20i gene too.
Only thing I could suggest is make sure it is installed in the middle of the roof not like the silly billies? that put mine next to the Ensuite which is down the back of the Den.

John , ever thought of looking at a domestic type split system, ? Have seen quite a few around, and they either mount the main part on the rear bumper or Aframe and the smaller control unit inside, you can pick up a brand name one for around $700 and can have it installed by a tradesman for around $500, works out about half the cost of the Ibis, yet works twice as good on both heat and A/ Cond !! also runs with a Honda 2i and much quieter as well, Just a Thought !!
