We are "full time" Grey Nomads with a Base Camp in Central West of NSW. We spend 60/70% of our time house sitting. Several times during the year we find home owners chasing our help/assistance even though our calendar shows we are fully booked until late 2016.
We therefore try to help by placing the sit on the Grey Nomads site for exceptional good friends.These sits are ideal for " full time" Grey Nomads who need a rest from the road or some where to park up for a few weeks. As well grey nomads looking at a bit of house sitting to fill in time.
Sit 1 is at Wyee NSW being a small town in the Lake Macquarie Region. 2 B/R unit (weekender cottage) with access to water park land and has Caravan site. All utilities provided and is fully self contained. 2 low maintenance dogs with no special needs. Period is 20th November to 11 December 2015.

Sit 2 is on Southern Tablelands of NSW for a 2.5 month period commencing June 2016 until Sept 2016.

We are currently on location doing the 2015 sit that involves 2 cats and 2 dogs.
If you are travelling with own dog , make sure you have insurance, and check yard, we were doing one dog friendly yard let him loose and he ate 2boxes of rat bates ,they said they didn't think about them on floor of shed door open, we were very lucky he survive but blood tests and injection, and tablets for 6 weeks, cost over a 1000 dollars We thought they should go haves as they were at fault leaving rat bait ,not to worry he survived ,
