On a recent visit to South Australia's Eyre Peninsula we had a problem with the Sureflow  pump in our Kea, pump was spluttering and running constantly.

Did a search and came up with a caravan repairer in Port Lincoln, approx 2 hours away (John Martin) gave him a call, he said to drop in and he would have a look.

2 hours later we arrived, and true to his word he had a man check it out, 5 mins and he had located and fixed the problem, the filter bowl had worked loose and was allowing air into the water lines, all fixed.

While we were in Lincoln we took the opportunity to restock the pantry, good super markets etc, all up we had the pump fixed, did the shopping, had lunch and were back on the road within 2 hours.
