well have finally decided that have too much on the go all the  time ( house / yard/ caravan )  and need  help  !  and no money to just get a builder in !

was looking in the forum page and was looking at posting a help wanted  add  but really  not sure thats the best way to go have a big  yard and thought could get someone that wants  free camping for a while in return pocket money / expenses  to just give me a hand

 has anyone done this ? either as employer or employee ? pitfalls ? insurance ? 

 or can you  recommend somewhere to post an  add , looked at forum page help wanted but dont see  any instructions or costs ?
