Yes - and one of their proposals is that any location where "2 or more 'accommodation vehicles' [RVs to us] can camp will require approvals as a camp site and to be licensed to operate as a campsite"
Great eh?
So, for example, if a Margaret River winery wishes to have groups of fully self-contained vans come for an overnighting visit to the vinyard & including some tasting over a bbq etc etc, the winery now must seek caravan park status in order to do this
Having been born and raised in WA I was looking forward to our recent trip back home after a 15 year absence, but after getting there and spending 5+ months in the "home" state, I left with the impression the WA government expects you to..... "come to WA, spend heaps in as short a period as posible and then P=x! OFF".
My family still live in WA, but from my experience I will be very reluctant to return.

be asking questions too as we often have people calling and staying more than 3 nights and GT's could be 20 vans for 3 or 4 nights, and maybe 10 or so here for the whole of the holidays.
