My beloved Hiace pop top , that I inherited from my father, has been broken into and trashed. He always kept it so beautifully. It is so sad. Was due to go to Kangaroo Valley Folk Festival at the end of the month.
There is a long PVC canister on the front of the camper for fishing poles and tent poles. with lockable ends. One of the ends has been smashed and I don't know how to get a new end or where to go to fix.
Your help would be most appreciated.

The end cap looks like a standard PVC pipe end cap Zedjay. You can get one from Bunnings or any plumbers supply or hardware store. You'll need to make sure you get the right size, either 90mm or 100mm by the looks of it. If you can't fit the handle and lock yourself, you should be able to find a handyman in your local business directory that could do the job for you. Sorry to hear about the van being trashed too mate, it seems there are plenty of r soles about in this world.

Thank you for your great suggestion. Took it one step further and rang a plumber who lives around the corner and he was happy to help. He has all the bits and a drill.
