We had used this donation free camp before and when we arrived Jim had blocked off the space beside him for us to park in and "installed a power outlet for him and us". What a sense of humour - he had me going for a few minutes and had many others wanting to now how he and I had powered sites and they didn't. On Sunday we even had a guy bring his laptop along to re-charge.
We arrived about midday, had no lunch and straight into yapping until about 6pm. And no, we didn't have a few drinks until about 5pm and we were all very civilized with our drinking.
It was great meeting these two folks and having a good old yap with them. We have meet quite a few other GN's, but they have always been "lurkers" and when we found out they were also on GN, we'd never heard of them before. These people never posted - just looked and read. A great pity as we need so many new blood posters here to revitalize the Forum.
But enough, thank you Jim and Leonie for your great company and chatting. We really did enjoy meeting you both!!!
