My method is to use a photo hosting site - I use Tinypics, upload to the photo to that site and you will get a URL for forums, paste that in to your post here and it should be in.

1.. I clicked on "attach file(s)" below the message panel

2.. I double-clicked on an image somewhere on my 'puter (the image is then highlighted)

3.. the "blue line" appeared and was replaced by the image file number, image size (I know it's big!)

4.. Then sign your message and click on "submit post"

5.. after that, the image moves to the message panel which is the next time you'll see it.

This is what happens..

Thanks Fried Rice, I actually went through the routine 3 or 4 times and finally clicked POST. I didn't get the pics on the page, but as an attachment.
Oh well, you win some, and you loose some.

You could also use the Search button, and type in "How to Post Pics." You'll get about 4 threads to check out. See one below.

You forgot the bit:

3a.. Go back to the section where you were typing your message. Click to where you want the picture to appear. The cursor will appear at that spot.

3b.. Go back to the file insert section and click on "Insert."

That will put the picture anywhere within the message.
