Parachillna to Blinman SA.

Parachillna to Blinman SA.

Only about 30 km, I'm wondering about the suitability of this road for travel in a motor home, i.e. creek crossings, corrugations etc.

Our vehicle is a 4 ton Kea.smile

Hi Santa, usually in pretty good condition, can be corrugated for the first 7 or so km's from the Parachilna end. Through the Gorge the road winds around a bit but taking it easy you should be OK, lovely drive and quite a few free camp spots in the gorge. As long as it hasn't rained in the area the crossings are usually only a few cm's deep and none have steep entry or departure. Before our current off road van took our low on road Jayco Heritage through no problems

We did that road this time last year and the road was pretty good but weather has a bit to do with conditions
