I don't have nick names - although have been called unrepeatable (on this site anyway) slang names sometimes lol

Can to explain how dishlicker relates to the grey hounds?

Up until now, I though you were telling us you were under the thumb at home and almost cleaned the household dishes with your tongue hahaha

Fuzzball comes from my hair. It is wavy, but after being plaited, is a real fuzzball, and when it rains, I'm a for REAL Fuzzball!

My nick name was placed apron me by a work colleague when oneday was asked where such and such was, he said to the other driver ask Radar over the two way radio he will know and it stuck like glue. Mostly to do with deliveries around the Sth. East Qld area.after 20 years of working in the area there was not much I did not know and the younger drivers needed help. Ralph, Radar it has its similarities.

Interesting Question. My parents called me Jennifer My sibling called me Jenny and somewhere along the the way they started calling me Jenza The R & L are initials of middle and last names. Hence Jenzarl.

I Have stuck with it because I never get the box that that says "that username is taken"

Worked with a bloke call Ted once. When I asked why he was called Ted since that was not his real name his reply was that it's short for sh** head after a mistake he made at work one day.

There was a drilling/blasting company in the Pilbara called Cervan. The full crew of 35-45 staff were ALL known by nicknames with the exception the office administrator Helen.
Dealt with some these people for over 15 years & never heard them called by their real name, many came about due to mistakes they had made like Diesel after filling the bosses Landcruiser with petrol.

Had a call from a bank while I was a manager of 12 staff asking for a bloke named "Brian" told her sorry nobody here of that name, later found out that I had been doing his pay sheets for 2 years under the name of "Stubby" & even his mum called him by that name, short round & full of beer. Now many years later when we speak on the phone he sarcastically say's "good afternoon this is Brian speaking"
