MOVING RIGHT ALONG

Set off from Port Macquarie this morning and now stopped for the night in the Yass area.

Will cross over tomorrow.

The boarder into VIC that is, what did you think I meant confusebiggrin

Another good run but unfortuately got held up near the Picton Road turn off that takes you across to the NSW south coast due to a fatality on the Hume Hwy. A cyclist lost his life after a car hit him., I heard on the UHF. Even though it was on the north bound side we on the south bound were effected due to police diversions. 30 mins delay but no problem with me. My thoughts go out to the family.

And I thought retirement & nomading was all about slowing down & smelling the roses but apparently not.

This was the only big day Kev. For me this is slow, it has taken me 12 days to get from Townsville and I was there for 41/2 months.

I am on a mission really. Aiming at Mornington Peninsula by 5/10. I have a new grandson that wants to meet his poppy.

Bugga, roast lamb with Jim and Lambie hey. Now that would have to better than with Tom Cruise fir sure. Oh well, another time mate. Busy though, that area today.

No cooking tonight as I had a late lunch due to the hold up Jim but a bowl of poridge with fruit found it's way onto the table. The cot is looking good though and I tell you that for free.

You're not wrong CC. That's the only big day mate.

Oh dear, coming back to the cold again mate. Take care and be safe. Not good news about the cyclist, however Im not sure I would expect to see one on the Hume.

Be good mate, drink red wine.. (my profound, earth shattering saying for the day)
